Evntu Systems Inc. ("Evntu," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform that connects brands with brand champions for marketing campaigns. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of evntu.com and any affiliated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By signing up or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

   You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration
   • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Participation in Campaigns
   • You may apply for campaigns but participation is not guaranteed.
   • Content you create must comply with campaign guidelines and applicable laws.
   • Payments for completed campaigns are subject to approval and platform processing timelines.
4. Content Ownership and Licensing
   • You retain ownership of the content you create.
   • By participating in a campaign, you grant the brand and Evntu a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content for promotional and commercial purposes, including on social media and advertising.
   • Brands may require full ownership of your content for a specific time period or permanently. This requirement will be outlined in the campaign agreement before you participate. If no full ownership is required, you retain ownership while granting the brand a broad usage license.
5. Payments
   • Compensation varies by campaign and will be disclosed before participation.
   • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
   • We are not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party providers.
6. Prohibited Activities

   You agree not to:
   

   • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
   • Spam or misrepresent yourself.
   • Attempt to disrupt the platform or violate any laws.
7. Termination

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

   Evntu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
